Return Policy

R.M. STEVENS production partner Printful.com manufactures ‘on demand’ orders and handles the packing and shipping.

R.M. STEVENS acts as the go between. As such the following Return policy is an adaptation of Prinful’s Return Policy. (found here)

Any claims for misprinted /damaged / defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at their expense.

The return address is set by default back to the Printful (US or EU) facility from where the shipment was sent from. When they receive the returned shipment, an automated email notification is to R.M. STEVENS who in turn will contact you.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful (US or EU) facility it was sent from. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful (US or EU) facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Returned by Customer – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to size exchanges.
